I used this company because i thought it was a local company and i had a recommendation from a friend who has used this company. Although i received the product and it looked great. It took me over a month to get and i paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got tracking or an arrival date. . I tried to do the online chat but was unable to talk to anyone or get any updates. I found the owners number on facebook and she assured me i would get it that weekend and would send me a mock up of how it would look. I never got that email showing the mock up.The owner texted me a week later showing the mockup I wanted an tracking number but the owner would not give e one because she stated she did not have one to give me. I did not ever think i would get the sign that i paid $300 for as the owner would no longer return my calls and the website was no help. About 2 weeks from my wedding date a package arrived and it was the sign. It did not come from Nashville as the website stated it came from China. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
